The quote form

The quote form on this site is Impex Auto Glass’s own online quote form, provided for Impex by its quoting service, Omega EDI, and shown on these pages in a frame. What you type into it, such as your name, phone number, email, vehicle and the damage, goes to Impex through that service rather than through this website. Impex uses it to contact you, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for. It is not sold.

Phone calls

The phone number shown on this site forwards to Impex Auto Glass through a call forwarding service. That service records that a call took place, including the number that called and the time of the call.

Insurance details

If you ask Impex to handle a glass claim, Impex uses the details you give, such as your insurer, policy number and claim number, to deal with your insurer about that claim and nothing else.

What this site does not do

• It does not sell or rent what you send.
• It sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising scripts.
• It does not pass what you type into the form to advertising or analytics services.

Seeing, correcting or removing your details

To see, correct or remove what you have sent through this site, contact Impex Auto Glass through the contact page. Records Impex must keep for a finished job or an insurance claim may be kept for as long as that requires.

This policy may change. The version on this page is the one in force.
